Ron Tovey's Tugs 0f Swansea Docks.

Ron was employed by the Alexandra Towing Company in February 1966.  From 1978 to 1988 as a relieving Master and from 1988 to 1998 as permanent Master. He did not have the pleasure of finishing his working life as a tugboat Captain and was made redundant October 1998, a service of 33 years and 8 months.  He continued going to sea until September 2001.
